Just a Small Thought

A brief history on makeup design recognition:
The Oscar's first debuted in 1929, 52 years later "Best Makeup" became a category. The Emmy's debuted in 1949 and 21 years later "Outstanding Achievement in Makeup" became a category. The Tony's debuted in 1947 and to this day no category exists for "Best Makeup Design." 
And yet I still chose to pursue my career as a theatrical makeup designer.
